Exercise in Eb

This exercise is a very simple duet with opposing movement between the parts. The first section of 16 bars is repeated with embellishments in the treble part. This one is meant as an alternative to playing straight scales, a good way to warm up or get familiar with the key before tackling a piece.

You can either choose clarinet or bassoon to play along with. If you have a duet partner, there are charts for all instruments for both parts, but this sounds best when part two is played by the lower instrument.
