Chord Construction
This table shows the various chord types from the first page, but in all keys. Almost every chord you will see is represented here, so you can hear what they sound like.
Sometimes a plain major or minor chord is played by the accompanist, and the melody line contains the additional harmony note. Ensembles and bands can create chords just by playing different notes that harmonize.
