This version is a two-CD set that has a CD of the quintet playing in Bb and a CD of the quintet playing in A. This lets you play on your choice of Bb clarinet or A clarinet. This is great if you only have a Bb clarinet, or want to practice this on both clarinets, or want to have one for your students, or whatever.
