Fast Walk

This is an adaptation of Dorff's Fast Walk this time for bassoon quartet. This includes parts for 3 bassoons and 1 contrabassoon.
As denoted in the title, the music is up-tempo and steady rhythmically with a marching quality. The bassoons harmonize each other as they play together rhythmically, often returning to the original walking line. Look for some syncopation between the contra and other bassoons. Defintitely an animated, fun piece your audiences will be enthusiastic over!
